Architectural Control Committee
What: The Architectural Control Committee is an advisory group that assists members with Platted Protective Covenant compliance. READ FULL CHARTER
Why: As an owner of such lots as defined in the Covenants applicable to such properties (Article I, Section I, Seaview Terrace Homeowners’ Association Bylaws) and as shared owners of Tract A of Seaview Terrace (See Statutory Warranty Deed(s) under Kitsap County Auditor #943482 & #1010319), certain members within the association are bound by protective covenants as recorded with the County Auditor. The goal of these covenants are “for the mutual benefit of” each site therein. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with your covenants and don’t hesitate to contact any member of the committee, or Board of Directors with any questions.
Who: As directed by the Protective Covenants Sea View Terrace and the Sea View Terrace First Addition, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a volunteer committee consisting of three (3) members, and holds one (1) combined vote on the SVT Board of Directors. The current ACC is comprised of the following members:
-
- Chair | Debbie Corpolongo

How: The goal of the Committee is to provide oversight of the protective covenants and to assist homeowners with questions or guidance regarding compliance. - New Accessory Structure
- Modifying (altering) an Existing Structure (primary, accessory or small project)
- Small Projects (Decks, fences, porches, retaining walls)
- Landscaping *as it pertains to view protection and maintenance
